We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Trenker and it was completely unexpected. We had a very rough day trying to get to Lago di Braies and Hotel Trenker because there was a train strike that day. Needless to say, our trip to the Hotel was highly stressful. The next day we began our 8 day hike of the Alta Via 1. The staff was incredibly nice, the facilities were spotless. There was a beautiful pool and 3 saunas for relaxing. Our room was comfortable and well appointed with a balcony and a beautiful view. Plus apples as a snack! When we arrived at the hotel we were told there would be cake and coffee in the late afternoon and a special "gala dinner" that night that was 7 courses. Though the hotel is not what I would call fancy, we had one of the best meals of our lives. It was remarkable. 7 excellent courses, good service, nice people. And there is a lovely bar to spend time in as well. I really can't recommend this hotel enough. Go and enjoy!

Great location near to the lake. Wonderful hotel with a splendid swimming pool and sauna. Family operated matching top professionality with the personal touch to let you feel at home with all nice touch. Ve ry confortable room.Top level restaurant with very good taste quality and presentation, Very good breakfast buffet. A very pleasant experience with the owners being very helpful with an accident we had during hiking. We will be back in the summer season to look at these places again in a different season

My partner and I stayed here. I'll start by giving the room (the Seekofel Suite) 5 points. Because it was really beautiful. I gave it 3 points because I was a little disappointed by the Spa. That is, a room with just one pool (no whirlpool) with a very cold temperature, sauna and then a simple relaxation room where you could lie down on the loungers. There was (from what I learned later) a small whirlpool tub for a fee of €10 per quarter of an hour. We didn't use it because it seems absurd to have to pay for a service that should be included among the benefits of the facility. Good breakfast but without too many pretensions: the same every morning with mini croissants, homemade cake, mixed bread with jams and Nutella. We had half board and the dinner menu options were excellent (portions were not large). Very welcoming and smiling staff. The excursions offered around Lake Braies and the three peaks of Lavaredo were beautiful.

I stayed in this hotel one night with my daughter. We had a really good time. Friendly staff, great food, huge and very nice room, very spacious bathroom. Very convenient location to reach the lake (on foot or with the free bus). Recommended.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were received by a lady in a very cold and detached manner. Dinner was poor and with poor quality food as was breakfast. Any requests were always answered negatively at 7:30 pm the bread and other dishes were already finished. The staff was inadequate and annoying and a lady yelled at us in front of everyone and for this reason among other things we left the hotel. Ultimately a two star hotel at most not very welcoming and very austere

Ottimo Hotel 4 stelle. Ampio posteggio gratuito. Grazie a tutta la famiglia Trenker sempre pronta a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Camere confortevoli e pulitissime curate dalle ragazze addette, molto discrete e disponibili e pronte ad esaudire le nostre richieste. Cosa dire poi della ricca colazione a buffet, della pausa merenda e deliziosa cena? Si parte con buffet di prodotti genuini freschi e di produzione locale. Portate varie e ben cucinate, possibilità di variazioni per soddisfare esigenze ed intolleranze alimentari. Ottimo il servizio di sala. Un grazie di cuore a Silvy e Ludovica simpatiche e professionali, e’ stato un vero piacere essere coccolati da loro. Molto curata e pulita la grande piscina, le saune come tutta l’area benessere. Esperienza bellissima. Weekend all'insegna della pace, del relax e del buon cibo. Hotel in una posizione fantastica facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi (la fermata è proprio davanti l'hotel e da li partono inoltre tanti percorsi trekking che portano sia al lago che ad altre attrazioni vicine) Pulizia eccellente, camera bellissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, dal letto si poteva godere di una vista meravigliosa. Anche centro benessere, bar e cucina sono un'eccellenza. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale sono state la ciliegina sulla torta. Torneremo sicuramente!
