O hotel é o basicão, não há luxo, mas é impecavelmente limpo!!! O banheiro é muito simples com chuveiro elétrico para enfrentar o frio de Bragança. Mas todas as instalações estão sendo renovadas. A cama box é confortável, a roupa de cama impecável: nova, limpa e de boa qualidade. Ar condicionado novo. Detector de fumaça. Piso todo renovado, paredes, portas e janelas em fase de pintura. O café da manhã e muito bem servido, com tudo que o visitante da região espera. O staff é super atencioso com atendimento impecável. Gostei muito da hospedagem.

Hotel péssimo!! Quartos só mofo!!! Sem condições de permanecer no local. Aliás ,os hotéis de Bragança,precisam melhorar muito, cobram um valor que não condiz com a realidade que almejamos. Infelizmente, Bragança não tem hotéis bons e muito menos, como desejamos. As fotos que aparece no site é só ilusão!

pra mim o pior são esses fakes avaliando pontos claramente negativos como sendo incríveis. Pelo amor de Deus adminstracao do hotel, sejam honestos e justos e ao invés de ficarem mentindo na internet gastem esforços pra melhorarem as instalações e alimentação! O hotel parecia um deposito!
