Just back from a wonderful 10 days. Highly recommend this hotel. Very welcoming, clean and helpful staff. Every staff member we dealt with was polite. Breakfast, was bountiful and fresh. Room was large, comfortable and cleaned everyday. Pool area was very busy, but we expected that. Staff did the best to accommodate. Shame, building work was going on next door! It was VERY loud. We never ate evening meal in the restaurant. Amazing location. Lots of restaurants, shops, bars on the doorstep.

Super-centric hotel, small, I imagine newly renovated since the facilities were very good, very sympathetic and pleasant all staff, the rooms (the 102 ) very well perhaps a little small, for my taste you would miss a little bigger to be more out of the ground, those that give to the pedestrian street listen some noise when people pass crying, the right breakfast has almost everything to make a good breakfast but the room is small and The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable.

The hotel does not have a lobby, the space is cramped, the interior and furniture are slightly cheaper, and the price is not the same as the four stars. Fortunately, the location of the hotel is very good, only five minutes walk from the old city. In addition, the booking information says that the hotel can provide parking spaces for guests, which is just needed for self-driving guests. When we arrived near the hotel, we found that the entire street, including the hotel's private parking lot, was blocked. It turned out to be a parade of Easter. It was impossible to stop and drag the baggage to a hotel 100 meters away. We had to park temporarily, very hard to push the luggage to sign in, ready to find the far away parking lot immediately after the formalities, sorry that the traffic police aunt has been placarding. The front desk of the hotel was not willing to help explain to the police, nor was it willing to pay for the entire parking lot, showing a way of not accepting responsibility. Knowing that the guest's parking space will be cancelled during the festival, without prior notice to the customer, it is convenient for us to make other arrangements. When things happen, they have a ”nothing to do with me” posture, despise it! In addition, the breakfast at this hotel is also very general.

The location is perfect with Avenue de la Libertade leading to the center, restaurants, activities, etc. The room was spacious, very comfortable, nice bathroom with an exceptional shower cubicle. The service was normal, nothing more. We didn't eat there so no comments, except for the very average room service sandwich, not even a few crisps to go with it, untoasted bread. Really insufficient, does not correspond to the hotel. Otherwise, everything is perfect. We recommend and we will surely come back if we pass Braga again.

Good space, cool, good care, however, they didn't want to borrow us two collars! Yes, they couldn't borrow us! I seemed to have a work in the room above, pq we listened to a burning noise! Ibis a 10 minutos andando del centro. Habitación amplia para ser un Ibis. Tiene como 2 ambientes, pero solo en uno hay un solo enchufe. El baño es pequeño. Sin secador. Los recepcionistas bastantes antipáticos y no hablan español. Cerca puedes aparcar, pero hay gorrillas que te piden 5€. Yo no dejaría el coche allí, por lo que lo dejamos en un parking público a 500m con el que tiene acuerdo el hotel y cobran 10€ el día. El desayuno vale 6,5€ por persona. No merece la pena, es el peor desayuno que he visto. Solo pan, unos mini croissant, café, yogur y poco más. Muy escaso para lo que vale.

This is located alongside the main railway station, a 5-10m walk into the old quarter. With parking underneath - shared with the station - at only €5 a day. (12.00-13.00). It is basic but has everything you need as a place to put your head down, or to eat and drink in the hotel as well. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the quality fo the food. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. There a snacks and drinks machine, as well as a bar and a restaurant. You can drive up to the front of it, to check in - before moving your car - with the card they give you - into the underground carpark.

The hotel is remodeled from an old villa, very beautiful and artistic, with a small garden in front. The hotel is not far from the city center and is within walking distance. The room is small, clean and bright. Free parking.
