Impressed with the service staff at Mosaic Restaurant where I had the breakfast buffet, the clean up was quick and service came with smiles and quick response. I enjoyed the buffet spread of local cuisines, simple but done well, paired with thoughtful sauces. The Caesar salad was awesome, made on the spot with fresh vegetables in a cheese bowl. We stayed at the Executive room with access to the lounge. A great experience, rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff at check-in were knowledgeable and professional - a special nod to Satria who went above the call of duty to make sure our stay at Crowne was superb!

The breakfast is good, the room is clean with a really good lighting, the staff is helpful. Resa, the guest relation staff is making sure my input appreciated. Don't be discouraged with the basement entrance since you'll find a good experience.

Hotel is just 10 minutes drive away from Bandung Train Station. The hotel drop off is in the mall. You drive in the B2 carpark and take the escalator up. Hotel was simple and small. We took this hotel jut to spend the night before heading to another part of Bandung. The only thing disappointing was that the hot water kettle was full of mold and definitely not a usable situation. The reception was friendly and polite.

This time I came to Bandung to stay at this hotel. I took the high-speed train from Jakarta to Bandung and booked it on Ctrip. This hotel is very old and the room facilities are relatively poor, far from five-star standards. But the hotel buffet breakfast is really great! The gym on the hotel platform is relatively small, and the swimming pool is relatively small.

Located in a strategic area, across from alun-alun Bandung. Considerable amount of food stalls around it, but you may have to check for their hygiene in prior to eating hehe.. The hotel has nice or unique decoration, however, the room that I occupied is a bit cramped or not quite spacious as I thought. Both the curtains, the one near the bed and the other in the bathroom, were quite dirty (there were spots here and there; see picture). In addition, there were some dirt too occupying the small space between the bathroom sliding door and the wall (see picture). Lastly, I have to say that the breakfast was less in variation and in taste. What an unfortunate :)

For this family vacation, I chose a fixed hotel for a place to stay. In addition, there is a fitness center and swimming pool with a jacuzzi that has been very rarely found in other hotels, but unfortunately the laundry facility that started stopping a few weeks ago due to Hotel officer speaking machine maintenance

This hotel is not maintained. Bad service. Dirty room. The hotel facilities are damaged. The hotel door is difficult to open / lock. The bathtub cannot be used. Dirty water. Lots of ants and cockroaches. The hotel should not insist on offering room service. The hotel should be renovated first.
