Room is clean and big. Essential breakfast included. Just no kettle in the room. Pretty nice view.

There room was old with a balcony which had a lot of noise due to street as window was not well isolated. There was not any tooth brush and paste even if you pay the costs hotel does not have any item.

Spacious room with plenty of amenities. Definitely worth the price!

Very good hotel. Located opposite the railway station. 500 m to the old town. The mattress and pillows were great. Present from the hotel 2 bottles of mineral water in the room.

Rooms are spotless, hotel is spotless. Nice comy pillows and bed. Breakfast was good. Overall this hotel was good and had all the basic needs required. The hotel is very basic but nicely maintained.

Some rooms do not have working TV channels but are not notified at reception or when booking. When you complain, they say they will resolve it and they never resolve it until the customer checks out without the issue resolved. They deceive customers with the description of amenities that have not existed since 2020 (at least according to reviews on Booking). Air conditioning doesn't work. Poor insulation of the frames which allows a lot of decks to enter from the street.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the reception staff were 5 stars. Always very friendly, very helpful. Always ready to help. The cleanliness of the room was 5 stars. If I return to Braga, I will stay at this hotel. Thank you for your availability and friendliness 😀

I loved the receptionists! Clean room and practicality as it is close to the train station. How many clean and good sheets. Possibility of a 1-hour late check out at no additional charge. I recommend it to you

Everything seemed to be fine at the hotel, pleasant breakfasts, Russian-speaking staff, a pleasant view from the window, but the impression was spoiled by bedbugs, I didn’t immediately realize that it was them, but when the bites started to appear in paths, I asked to change the room, which they did for me right away. I believe that the hotel team will cope with the situation, however, I will not go to this hotel a second time.
