I initially booked this property because the rooms looked spacious, however, as you can see from other reviews, it's not. "Don't be fooled by the pictures" is a common theme to this place. Right after I booked, I emailed the business to make sure they had an elevator and a place to store our bags. My husband has a bad knee, so we can't climb up multiple flights of stairs. They never got back to me about my questions. My guess is, they didn't want to tell me the bad news and wanted the expiration window to close.. I talked to the manager because it was only a few hours after the cancellation window closed, and it's the staff's fault for not getting back to me.. He was adamant that he didn't want to help at all. I tried to compromise by asking for a credit to his hotel, so maybe a visiting family member could stay there, he said no. Very disappointing.

Location !!! A five-star location that is unfortunately overshadowed by significant maintenance and finishing details that unnecessarily detract from the hotel's rating, as it has the potential to be much better. However, I recommend it for its incredible location.

It was difficult to check in (make sure you have the code before arriving). They were quick to provide an extra bed. In ******* it says a king bed, but it’s more like a queen size. Overall the apartment was clean and in good condition. We were there for just one day.

2 Week stay Very clean and friendly staff. Spent 2 weeks here and no issues. 10/10 for location. Morning church bells were loud so if you are a light sleeper be aware
