EN: I am sorry to write an absolutely negative review. This is the first time I have ever done this, but I cannot avoid it because I must report a case of MISLEADING ADVERTISING. The guest house has an excellent location in the beautiful city center of Braga. The standard room is small but well furnished. The guest house would have all the features to be potentially very attractive. Unfortunately, much of the features mentioned both on the hotel website and on Booking are not there. The standard room is presented as an "apartment with a private entrance and a separate leaving room" This is false. It is a single room, also rather cramped. In fact, the description mentions an area of 30sqm, but in reality, I don't think it reaches 20sqm. On the direct website of the hotel, it is stated that the room has a sofa. We couldn't fit a suitcase, let alone if it is ever possible to place a sofa there... The bathroom is tiny. If you use the toilet you must hold the shower glass open. The description states that there is a bidet and that is not true. The list about in-room equipment is also untrue. For example, the description mentions the presence in the room of a washing machine (a detail that had made us lean toward choosing this guest house). The washing machine is present, but it is located in a closet on the ground floor right in front of the guest house's front door, at the mercy of anyone entering the building. And there, right, in front of the main entrance, one should hang out one's laundry.... The guest house does NOT have an elevator. Our room was located on the 3rd floor At the very least they should warn of the absence of an elevator for those who need it for medical reasons, as in our case. We pointed out to the front desk staff the discrepancies between the advertisement on booking and the actual condition of the hotel. The staff, embarrassed, agreed with us about everything and apologized. They told us that they have reported the error to Booking in the past and are waiting for them to make the necessary corrections. In any case, they informed us that they were unable to help us in any way. We then wrote to the owner who never responded to us. Should the owner contact us, reimburse us for all problems caused by the misrepresentations and correct the descriptions on the websites, we will update this review accordingly. Until then, condemning in the strongest terms those who resort to misrepresentation to promote their business in an intentionally deceptive manner, I can only strongly advise against this guest house.
