The property was so dirty that I could not stay. And the staff on duty was incredibly inept. If I could provide pictures I would because it was disgusting.

It was a good stay overall however they ran out of shower sized towels and we were offered the pool towels to use instead. Pool towels are 1/4 the size of a shower towel and not absorbent at all. Feels like a Brillo pad. The breakfast was pretty gross and a let down. The eggs were cold, the coffee was like warm at best and was way over portioned coffee grounds to water, the apple juice tasted like it had mold in it, and the bacon was half cooked. Breakfasts are normally pretty good at a Holiday Inn, not this one. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Extremely clean and fresh rooms. Guest areas very very clean. A very comfortable experience. The rooms are configured well. Only one issue was the coffee maker must have had a faulty heating element. Cold water ran through the k-cup. I would say this is the best to stay while in Brady TX without a doubt.

Spoke to the front desk about the remote not working to change channels Went to downstairs to take the remote to exchange the guy tells me turn the tv with your finger because it’s not going to work to turn on but it will change the channel it didn’t work to change Channels I was very disappointed went to check out to ask for a discount she said no because I use a third party was very disappointed I will not go back to this Holiday inn express plus it was over 200 Dls per 1 night Brady Texas

We did not get the room I booked. It was already taken. We requested 2 queen handicapped accessible. They did get us a roll away and don’t charge, but it was frustrating to not have the two beds we reserved. The staff was kind and breakfast was great.

The man at the front desk seemed to be new and extremely slow in using card machine,said our cards didn’t work yet we left a short time later and fill up with gas and had no problem with the card

Awful experience This stay was horrible. We were in town for my mom’s funeral and were left with no water the day of her services. When we checked in we were put in a room that didn’t have a working tv. Maintenance had to come up to fix it then the next day we had to get a new remote. Breakfast didn’t have a working pancake machine and when asked for meats we were told no. There was a lady sitting on the floor counting packets during breakfast. Employees were on their phones every time we walked by the front desk not acknowledging guests. Water didn’t heat up, and was turning on and off spitting out air. Awful experience for not being busy.

Walking in the lobby, we were immediately hit with that “new hotel” smell. I’m not sure if they’ve had a recent remodel but it was so clean and bright. We were given our choice of floor to stay on and were taken care of swiftly. Our room was sooo clean! No scuff marks, no weird smell, no questionable linens. The cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in a long time. The outlet in the bathroom has the BEST blue light night light! We loved that. We will definitely choose this location if we are driving through again!
