Lakefront Retreat on Long Lake – Perfect for Wildlife, Weddings & Getaways

Great place for Wildlife, Weddings, Family Retreats, Getaways, Date Nights, Proposals, Work Retreats, etc... The place is located an hour north of the Twin Cities in rural Minnesota on Long Lake, which is a 390 acre, DNR stocked lake and within the Lake Improvement District. The home is located on the NW shores and four houses down from Sunrise on England Shores Grill, Bar & Resort (food, entertainment and Wedding's, etc.) The lake facing 1200 sqft retreat is located in the lower level of our home, with its own separate entrance. It has one full bedroom with queen bed & TV, a full bath with jet tub, a large family room with 55" satellite TV, oversized furniture, see-through fireplace and another room with a sitting area. There's no full kitchen, but everything you expect in a nice hotel: A microwave, Keurig, small refrigerator, outside BBQ and snacks for convenience. We live upstairs, and are fun-loving, outgoing people. We have great friendly lake neighbors, too. Let us know if you need anything. If you want to bring a pet, please let us know ahead of time. We have cats upstairs that go outside. Meals, transportation, entertainment and other accommodations or activities are available for an additional fee. We can take your party out on the lake to swim, fish, tube, or just cruise on our 2018 24ft 115HP pontoon. For half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) tours we include a cooler with ice and waters. You bring what you want on board. $400/day $250/half day $75/hour (If you want to tube, we need to add $40/hr for gas) We also have two nice kayaks for rent. $50/day each. Owner's hobbies include: photography, cooking, gardening, entertaining, party planning, etc... Great location to a variety of Northern activities, snowmobile, ice fishing, boating, fishing, water skiing, hunting, nature watching etc.. BBQ, Fire Pit, Cable, WIFI, Gazebo, Flower garden's, Water Features, DVD Movie's & PlayStation are just a few of the details of this property. If you want to bring a pet, it will need to be approved prior to stay and pet fee's will apply pending the size and type of animal.
