Booking a hotel was a little complicated but amendment requests were a disaster. I panicked a lot but there were no restrictions when I stayed at the hotel, everything was smooth.

Very disappointed with the noise coming from other rooms of people staying . Reported to reception they asked them to keep the noise down but 20 minutes later started again till 5am in the morning.

Worst hotel ever, did not accommodate accordingly, I paid for a room and could not stay in it, the error was on the hotels part but they did not take any responsibility. NO REFUND was issues from them, travelled all the way from LONDON to find out the website and the information was incorrectly provided!
DO NOT STAY HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THEIR STRONGEST POINT. RECEPTION STAFF ADMITTED THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AND HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!
WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!

Managed to park in the car park. Checked in at 2:30, and booked the car to stay for the whole of the next day. All the public areas were newly decorated and very clean, as was the room. I have no complaints. A very pleasant stay for someone just needing a bed for the night. If you like having lots of staff around and people to talk to, this may not be the hotel for you. But for me on this occasion it was all I needed and was just the job.

A last minute decision to stay over in Bradford after the theatre due to the weather caused us to book at the Travelodge. It was an excellent choice. Great location very kind and helpful staff and a great room for an over night stay. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a great location for town and train station, the room was large warm and clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. The staff were so friendly.. especially Louise. Thank you for a fab stay, we will be back. ,..................................... .......................................
