Paid for a week in advance. After check out, I was billed for an additional two nights. I called the hotel but was cut off ever time I mentioned a billing error. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was credited the two night charge. One month later, I was charged again. I called WoodSpring again and was repeatedly disconnected. It was an extra $132 for nights I never stayed....!!!

I want to recognize Mr Johnny . He was very personable and friendly. I got in late and was tired and he helped me with my bags and gave me all the info on the hotel and made me feel at ease. It’s hard to be so cheerful at that hour of the night and Mr Johnny was all smiles and made sure I was all good to go and my room was clean. He went above and beyond . Hotels should have more employees like Johnny.

The hotel was pleasant enough. The room was clean but had a very bad musty smell. What made it stand out though was the staff. Johnny and Jenia were exceptional. Their personalities were always friendly and professional. They truly understand what hospitality is all about. I would give them both a 5 star.

You get what you pay for.
I arrived at 2:10, check in was at 3pm. Asked if the room was ready, she said yes, but if I checked in 50 minutes early, I’d have to pay a $45 early check in fee. Really? I had no choice but to pay for it because my son had to be at his baseball tournament at 3pm.
Also, very thin walls, heard baby crying all night, the people above us were moving furniture and chairs, I heard dragging of the furniture and their heavy walking until 1am.
Spider on bedspread. No coffee, unless you paid extra for a coffee machine to be brought to your room.

It was a short stay. Johnny at the front desk was phenomenal and checked me in very late with a smile.

Don't stay here unless it's your only option. It is not worth the cost. It may work well as an extended stay but not as a hotel. There were no typical hotel items included. No hand towels, no hair dryer, no ice bucket or ice machine, no tissues, no breakfast and no extra pillows or blankets. The staff wasn't rude but definitely not friendly. I'm not sure if wifi was even free. There was a message about charging my room so I didn't use it. It was an old hotel trying to look new. Not overly dirty but not extremely clean. We stayed here based on location but I would drive further and stay somewhere else next time.

Some rooms at first floor have electrical issues, outlets close to the kitchenette not working. Sink at the bathroom have leakage issues.
Second floor rooms are more clean than first floor.
