Great location – Close to the CBD and well-connected to public transportation.

The waiter's attitude was very good and the room was in good condition. But you must bring your own slippers, as the hotel does not provide them. The hotel is in a very good location, right in the city, very close to the largest shopping mall, Canberra Centre.

The hotel location was convenient. However the room was very dated and the pool was less than ideal located down fire stairs.
When using the kitchen to make breakfast, the smoke alarm triggered as the ventilation was poor.

Bathroom a little outdated, the windows were thin and we could hear cars, people, traffic. Maintenance needs to be done on fly screens on balcony door. There was a hole in the wall right of the atV screen, the curtains were stained, there were marks on the walls. Kitchen was well appointed.

We could have chosen a cheaper option, but decided to stay here because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Unfortunately, we were never informed in advance that the pool heater was out of order, making the water too cold for the kids to swim. When we brought this up, the staff were unhelpful and offered no compensation.
The rooms also didn’t match the photos—they were old, worn, and felt very budget. Better customer service might have helped make up for some of the issues, but overall, we did not enjoy our stay.
