I can’t emphasize this enough. I have had the most splendid meal the flavour the cuisine released into my tastebuds was just exquisite. The customer service was beyond incredible the attention and love I felt from Caroline was absolutely outstanding I could not have asked for a more pleasant and welcoming experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting my son, daughter in law and grandson and had a lovely stay. We ate in the restaurant on the Sunday night and served by Kayleigh who was brilliant. We ate breakfast on the Monday and Tuesday and we had my son and daughter in law with us too, Kayleigh served us on both occasions and was brilliant always asking how my grandson was, and made him a little pack up too, so he didn’t miss out. We used to go to the other premiere inn in Bracknell but this is our now go to premiere inn, we will be back soon , thank you all the staff and especially Kayleigh in the restaurant

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in working away every weekend and we stay in a leisure hotel every weekend, all brand new, jacuzzi was unreal, steam room could have been hotter, sauna was 100c which was lovely, never seen one that hot, room had air con, buffet breakfast was beautiful, very clean hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning near the hotel and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

The hotel has an elevator, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the room space is good, there is an open-air garden, and you can eat in the shed in the garden. The service staff is very positive and actively meets the needs of customers. It is close to Windsor Castle, and reservations are tight on weekends and the price is high. There is no hotel next to the hotel Shops and restaurants, eat in the hotel restaurant, the food in the restaurant is typical British food
