We stayed for a new year break while visiting legoland and Chessington. Family room was clean and comfortable and location of hotel is brilliant. What made our visit stand out was the service from the staff in the hotel and restaurant. A special mention to Caroline who was so kind to our 6 year old son when he was upset after losing a teddy he had won. She went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome and we cannot thank her enough

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting my son, daughter in law and grandson and had a lovely stay. We ate in the restaurant on the Sunday night and served by Kayleigh who was brilliant. We ate breakfast on the Monday and Tuesday and we had my son and daughter in law with us too, Kayleigh served us on both occasions and was brilliant always asking how my grandson was, and made him a little pack up too, so he didn’t miss out. We used to go to the other premiere inn in Bracknell but this is our now go to premiere inn, we will be back soon , thank you all the staff and especially Kayleigh in the restaurant

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds and modern decor. We particularly loved the convenient location, right near the main attractions, and the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel has an elevator, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the room space is good, there is an open-air garden, and you can eat in the shed in the garden. The service staff is very positive and actively meets the needs of customers. It is close to Windsor Castle, and reservations are tight on weekends and the price is high. There is no hotel next to the hotel Shops and restaurants, eat in the hotel restaurant, the food in the restaurant is typical British food
