Travelodge Bracknell Central

Very nice stay. Bed is soft and service is good. Just that room a little small. Must go eat breakfast early to avoid crowd.

From check in the hotel duty manager Peter was do friendly, telling us about dinner and asking about out reason for staying to inform of things to do locally. We listen to Peters great advice and had dinner in the hotel. Compliments to the chef as The food was amazing and the flavours where mouth watering and morish. Emmie was serving us that evening she was so friendly, so proactive and lovely. It was such a lovely experience and one we will be doing again

I have been staying at Travelodge Hotels for many months while i look for a property to buy. A few months ago i moved to the Travelodge Bracknell Central and i am so happy i did! I have enjoyed staying at this hotel so much that i have been here a few months after extending my stay each month. There are so many reasons why i love staying at this hotel: the location is perfect because the hotel is a short walk to Bracknell Station and the Town Centre just 10 minutes walk away. The rooms are a good size and are very bright with large windows and are well presented. The bed is very comfortable and very clean and the shower room is very modern too. The restaurant is great with some very nice food served and nice beers and wines too, Finally, the best thing about this hotel is all the wonderful and amazing staff that work here! The entire team always take the time to ask if everything is okay and if there is anything i need just to let them know and always with smiles on their faces. All the staff are very friendly and caring which makes this hotel such a wonderful experience! I have to mention some of the staff who have been the reason i have been happy to keep extending my stay here: the Manager Meyoung is one of the main reasons i have loved staying at the hotel because he is always so busy but always offers the most personal customer experience with great service every single day and he goes the extra mile to help if you need anything. I must mention that i visited this hotel last year when another manager was working here and the experience was put me off staying here but with the change of Manager i have seen a huge difference! The Supervisor Peter is another lovely person and very caring and approachable who also has been a big reason i have enjoyed my stay here because, like Meyoung, he works hard to make sure guests enjoy staying here. The rest of the team are amazing too and i have to say are some of the best people i have come across throughout all the hotels, i am certain these members of staff will go on to higher positions in the company because they offer a brilliant level of service always...so thank you to Ame and Minisha, and to Eva for everything you do - you have helped to make my stay here a very nice experience and always with a smile and i appreciate everything you do every day! Other staff i would like to also thank Ivan and Pepz who have been a great help to me too. I highly recommend this Travelodge!
