Premier Inn Bracknell (Twin Bridges)

I was woke up at around 4:30am because a Premiere In employee thought it was a good idea to change the bin bag in the metal bin on the concrete right under my window. He then took it inside and banged around for another 15 mins. Premiere inn have not replied after saying 'No-one remebers this'. Of course they didn't!!!!

The parking was very easy at the hotel, the hotel and rooms were clean. However, the rooms were VERY hot! No Aircon, just a small fan that did nothing. Meal times were very slow, 2 staff waiting tables, one night we went in at 6pm as booked, to be told it will be a wait because they already had 3 tables in for that slot (not sure that's our fault?). We were a group of 7, but evening meals took 2.5h, with a wait of almost an hour for the meal (which is not ideal with 3 kids). We will still be back, because the location and cost only

Was a comfortable stay in a good location for work, yes I'd have like air-conditioning but I wouldn't have had it if I'd been staying at home. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Mel was fantastic as were the two ladies serving at night but I didn't catch their names

Dont go if there is a heatwave. There is no aircon; my room at night was 30 degrees, and only small opening windows. Building looks tired and shabby. Restaurant was poor. I ordered a starter and main and the main came out before the starter. Overall I will not be staying there again unless it gets a major upgrade

Exceptionally helpful staff. My husband and I had to move from another hotel to Twin Bridges. My husband uses a wheelchair. The staff took time to check if we were ok and offered assistance on a number of occasions. Thank you so much. We will definitely use Premier Inn again. Our only comment for improvement of the hotel itself was that wheelchair accessible rooms (especially when a hoist is needed) would be much better if they have hard flooring rather than carpet. The bathroom also seemed a little tired and needed updating. Otherwise a great stay

Went here for breakfast this morning, I rang ahead of time to ask if we was allowed to come in for breakfast if we wasn’t staying at the hotel and they was happy for us to come in for breakfast as a family of 8. When we arrived we was seated straight away. The staff there was ever so lovely and welcoming. We had Emil come take our orders, he was very friendly and the food came out pretty quick, food tasted and looked really good too, I think the chef was called Sheila. I would recommend this place for breakfast and, if my children were better behaved I would definitely of come back for breakfast. Thank you premier inn for our breakfast which was not only delicious but definitely value for money too!
