We booked the hotel on ******* around 10pm by 11:30pm we were at the hotel. We were not able to check in since there was nobody at the reception. We called the number provided, only to see the phone ringing at the reception but nobody to answer it. So we were left without hotel and 3 small children in the car. Obviously money was deducted from our account and now we have to chase the refund. I would be careful booking this hotel!!!

Qualité prix au top,accueil sympathique, bien placé pour visiter les châteaux cheverny, chambord... et au calme vue sur mare, propre, parking, bon petit déjeuner buffet, mise à dispo de tables et chaises en extérieur. Village à côté avec petits restos

Hôtel bien situé au prix compétitif mais chambre sans âme . Drap déchiré et poussière sans commune mesure sur l abat-jour du lustre principal . Dommage pour obtenir une note de 4 . Idem pour le petit déjeuner … mieux vaut arriver dans les premiers pour avoir fromage et charcuterie après cela cela complique… pas de réassort systématique . Hôtel de passage oui mais pour plus non

Hôtel très bien situé, à 10 minutes du château de chambord. L’environnement est calme, le parking est grand et gratuit. Accueil agréable. La chambre est grande et le grand lit est confortable. La décoration et les meubles sont basiques. La salle de bain est fonctionnel avec une douche. Par contre, pas de petit savon et de la poussière sur le sèche serviette. Petit déjeuner correct. Les produits ne sont pas d’une grande qualité (croissants pas terrible) mais ça reste correct. Attention, le gros point noir est l’absence de climatisation ! En cas de forte chaleur, la température sera très élevée dans la chambre… Bon rapport qualité prix.

Une honte de donner une chambre aussi sale à des clients !!!! Nous entrons dans la chambre 7 qui sentait le moisi et la poussière . Le carrelage casser de partout ,de la moisissure sur le plafond ,de la poussière et de la crasse dans la salle de bain,des joints de douche dégueulasse et noir . Vu qu'il faisait très chaud nous sortons le ventilateur..... Ou plutôt le ventipoussiere tellement il y avait dessus et dedans . Etant fort allergique a la nuit j'ai passé une nuit horrible à éternuer et me gratter. Je pense que si les inspecteurs de la DSPP passaient l' hôtel aurait quelques soucis d hygiène et de salubrité

L'accueil a été très agréable. La chambre est vraiment spacieuse, et confortable avec vue sur le lac. C'est comme un studio indépendant. Petit déjeuner très bon. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. Et le top : une baignoire pour se relaxer.
