The experience of staying in the hotel is good, the lady at the front desk is beautiful and warm and generous, the lamb noodles in the morning is good, I went a bit late and had a bowl of lamb soup noodles with a bowl of porridge, the taste is ok!

酒店服務熱情周到，設施完善，環境優雅，入住體驗極佳！前台小姐姐小哥哥業務熟練，辦理入住快，服務超級好，退房及時。酒店真的有種家的感覺！沒想到這次住的酒店真不錯，剛開始預訂房間的時候沒多想，衹知道這裏離開放大學近方便些，去了以後發現特別是我喜歡的風格，房間裏面設施齊全還有浴袍，贊贊贊

服務人員服務素質很高，主要前台小姐姐和小哥哥都很熱情哈哈哈哈酒店前面全是免費的停車位置，不錯不錯想的很周到，亳州這個不大的城市這個酒店的設施還是相對來講比較完善的，周邊景點也很不錯，離的都不是很遠基本十幾分鍾就能到，很有文化氣息一看就是幾千年的歷史了沒想到亳州這個城市歷史那麼悠久，還是華佗曹操的故鄉，據説這裏都是葯才，走在路上都是中葯的味道還有酒的味道別有一番風味推薦大家很不錯主要酒店很乾凈。

這是亳州高性價比酒店了，位於葯都路，高鐵站和公交車盡在咫尺。公交車設“鳳凰假日酒店”站，酒店門口就是公交車站點。酒店環境好，視野非常不錯。客房面積非常寬敞明亮，文字不好描述，直接上圖就好了

住了這麼多酒店，這個衞生算最好的，至少床單被套，毛巾這些都是很乾凈，被子枕頭也是軟軟的，睡起來放心。裝修也不錯，馬桶床墊這些都挺好的，以後來亳州就住這裏了。另外需要馬桶套和一次性蒸汽眼罩可以找前台要，蠻不錯

第一次評論，太生氣了，這是我住過目前最差的酒店，是在是太差了。房間臟，有異味，大門不能從裏面鎖，廁所門是壞的，電視機是壞的。牆面臟，地面都是沒打掃乾淨的煙灰。早上起來身上被咬很多疙瘩。

前台客服態度很好，但是衞生真是太差了，保潔有和沒有一樣，我一共住了三晚，從入住的第一天就和前台反應馬桶沒打掃乾淨，聽着前台對講機喊保潔過去，結果一直到走馬桶還是那樣，真不想説什麼
