Very helpful staff at the reception. She was happy to help us with everything we asked for. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed for a very good stay. We really enjoyed and we definitely will visit those place again in future.

The most unique room I've ever witnessed. Perfect amenities, plenty of space. breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was amazing. All amenities come with a qr guide on how to use them such as sauna, hot tub, fire ect. highly recommend

Booked to stay here with my partner for his birthday. First impressions were good but on further inspection we realised there was mold around the doors leading to the hot tub area and around the bathroom windows. The shower head was broken and bathtub kept draining itself, we spoke to front desk who got someone to come and sort it straight away which was good. The hot tub area was quite cramped and no dedicated area to put the lid so we had to leave at the side where the emergency exit was not leaving a lot of room. On our last day as we were making the bed we noticed a stain on the mattress, there was no mattress protector just a sheet. There were lights on outside of the suite which we had no control over and make the room bright when trying to sleep, also coming through from the upstairs. The bathroom lighting would flicker from time to time. The wifi was quite poor and kept buffering, we turned it off most of the time. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. We are not a couple who complain at all but for the money we paid for this it would be expected to be near flawless.

Great location staff friendly very clean. Some rooms are thin and you can hear everything and everyone only downfall but woudnt put me off staying again. Breakfast is nice but not the best but for the price around that area you can’t complain

You can't fault this hotel it's amazing we stayed in the meraki suite worth every penny can't wait to come back both of us didn't want to leave, from on arrival to departure was just the best service while waiting for the room we got a few glasses of prosecco.

We absolutely loved staying in the Zen Room! The modern design and tranquil ambiance really made our stay memorable. It was such a relaxing experience, and the room exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be booking again in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
