Excellent service from front office hotel staff, specially by Matt. Matt had made us feel warm and welcome. He went all the way to fulfil our needs. Would like to definitely come back again. Kudos to Matt for all the good work and support.

This hotel is beyond expectation. It is so beautiful that I cannot express it in words. You must book a lake view room. Sitting by the bed, drinking tea and enjoying the view is the best way to relax. The hotel park is also the most beautiful scenery. The elevator is the folding door you see in the movie.
