I would stay here again. It's old condition needing maintenance but clean and good for price. Heaps of birds in trees that poo all over car.

Do not be tricked by the photos. This place should be condemned. It was appalling. The photos are false advertising. Payment was taken days before we left with no invoice. There was no reception or office to speak to. One air conditioner for three rooms, I could go on. I had to give a star to leave a review but if negative stars were an option it would be -5.

I’m surprised by the other reviews as we have stayed every summer for an overnight on our way south and back north for the annual mother and son road trip. We’ve been doing this for 3 years now There is nothing to compare with this place for the price between Cairns and Brisbane. It is always clean and quiet (exceptionally clean). Having two separate bedrooms with quality mattresses and full kitchen for this price is not possible anywhere else. We are a few minutes walk from the beach which is nice at the end of a long day of driving. I do suggest that you ring ahead to make sure there is someone there to let you in. If there always was someone there I would have given it 5 stars. Remember that this is budget but in it’s category it can’t be beat.

All good with the property itself but I asked 2 times for a tax invoice for time I was there but the lady failed to deliver me tax invoice so I could claim reimbursement from my work

Ocean breeze unit stay.
Very poor communication from the manager. Place was slightly dated and dirty. Poor security.

Everything was tired, the toilet was cracked and broken, filthy sofa, dirty floors, lots of dead bugs, a dirty, used tissue between the shower and the bathroom door, sad unit, worn out.
The pictures are misleading, they are taken to hide the damage.
Another disgusting property, not worth the money.
It was advertised as soundproofed, it is not soundproofed, windows and doors were 1980's vintage, worn out like everything else!
All cupboards were 1980's vintage, rotten chipboard, painted over, advertised with laundry, it had no washer.
