Great place to stop over. I was flying out and needed to leave 3am. This allowed me to make it all work and the location was fantastic. The apartment was very clean.

The manager was very helpful and friendly. There was a garage for our car at $20/ day. The room was clean and outfitted for us

Our sleepover stay was a very pleasant experience from the time we checked in until we checked out. The service was very helpful and thorough and our apartment was more than we hoped for. It was a hot day and the staff were very thoughtful to put the air-conditioning on before we arrived. As we had just travelled for 30 hrs the room was on the quiet side and very comfortable so we really appreciated this gesture. There are many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, also an IGA for any groceries needs as the apartment has a full kitchen and appliances. We will definitely stay there again when visiting and hopefully make more use of the enormous rooftop BBQ and entertainment area. With Gratitude 🙏

The area is large and spacious, with a terrace. The facilities are complete, including washing machine, dryer, microwave, kitchen utensils, and dishwasher. Cleaning supplies are provided, including laundry detergent. However, the design of the toilet shower door is not very reasonable. The only drawback is the location, which is a distance from the bus stop, and the building opposite is...

The hotel is close to Chinatown. The front desk is downstairs in one of the apartments. The hotel provides parking spaces, but when I checked out, I found that the hotel overcharged me for parking fees for no reason. The network was broken on the first day of my stay and I couldn't access the Internet. When I entered the room, I found that the sink was also broken. I went to the front desk for maintenance, but I was told that I needed to come and repair it the next day. The bed in the room was very small. Overall, I was not very satisfied with this hotel.

Directly opposite the hotel is a funeral home, and there is a night club *** nearby. You can often hear the sound of police cars and drunk people talking loudly at night. Good friends in Brisbane say that this area is not very safe and they all ask not to come home at night. The hotel room door lock is an old-fashioned guest room type (just look at the picture if you don’t know). It feels like it can be opened with force. I was a little worried after staying there for 7 nights, especially when a drunk guy was having sex downstairs. I was really a little scared when I was making trouble. I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights. I booked it for 2 adults and a 9-year-old child, but the bed I was given was a Queen bed, which was only big enough for 2 adults! Two people had to sleep on the bed, and the child couldn't even sleep on the bed, so the three of them had to stay in bed for 7 nights! There was no cleaning or changing of towels for 7 nights. (Obviously there will be cleaning and towel replacement once every 7 nights or more) The carpet in the room is very dirty, please look at the pictures. There are two holes in the sofa, please look at the pictures 😉 The living room and kitchen are relatively clean, with cups and dishes provided, and an oven for simple cooking. On the last 2 days and 1 night, I actually cut off the wifi. I called someone at noon but didn't answer. I left messages for 2 days and there was no reply. This makes me a little angry. I can't even find anyone to complain to. This is not actually a hotel, it should be said to be an apartment. There is no service at all. You don’t need to check out when you leave, just drop the keys in the box. Please see the pictures for details of hygiene and room😆
