I was surprised to discover upon arrival that this is a completely self-service hotel – a fact not mentioned in the listing.
Without any reception, we had to manage everything ourselves, which wasn’t what we expected.
The bigger issue was cleanliness: our room had Stained surfaces, and an unpleasant odor in dishwasher.
While the location was convenient, the overall experience fell far short of standards for the price paid.
Future guests should be aware this is unstaffed and may require extra effort to make the stay comfortable

This was a great place to stay. Check in is done online , and as I am not great with technology, I did struggle a little but the service on the other end of the phone was amazing. I called multiple times , due to my own fault, but each time their help was amazing and friendly and once I was sorted with the virtual key, I was able to get Into the room and it was amazing! Great location, very clean and the housekeeping came on the second day to restock if we needed it. Even with the hiccup at checkin , I wld definitely book here again.

There are two rooms and the living room is large and fully functional. Adults and children are very happy.
