The staff were friendly and went out their way to help whenever a request was made. We all had a massage which enjoyed use of the pool and sauna. Facilities were clean and there was a relaxing atmosphere. Dinner was tasty and well presented, the breakfast buffet was equally tasty, and the bar was well stocked. Rooms were clean and large. We all slept well and overall had a very nice time. We will definitely be returning.

The staff at this hotel made our visit. We were in Bridgend to attend an anniversary party. We are a large family so lots of us booked to stay here. Lovely hotel, recently refurbished to very high standard. We arrived back at the hotel early evening and placed orders for bar food quite close to the 9pm deadline but they couldn’t have been nicer. We stayed in the bar until last orders making it a very busy evening for both of the bar staff. They smiled throughout. Reception staff were also welcoming, as were the breakfast staff, (although the restaurant was a little small as some guests ended up eating their breakfast in the bar) such a refreshing change. We will definitely use them again when visiting in the area.

We had a lovely relaxing trip away here. I purchased a deal on Groupon for my partner's birthday and the deal was such good value for money! All the staff were very friendly and we had a really nice time relaxing by the pool after our massage. It's just a shame the hot tub wasn't working... but we were informed of this before our trip! We will definitely be returning!

The room is clean and comfortable. I almost have good sleep all the night. The breakfast staff are friendly and the food is nice especially the mushroom and sausage. I promise will visit here again if there is business trip in future. Thank you.

Lovily hotel wouldn't .we were given ground floor room. Witch was lovily.we had dog that was barking not sure what was above us it was really noisy though night so had very little sleep Left us both very tired and we have long drive home not happy .

It's a very clean and friendly environment with a very modern feel. The staff were brilliant, very sociable and couldn't be more helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The only 2 gripes we really had which unfortunately put a dampener on the experience were be woken at 6.45am by the room above stomping around and the creaky floorboards that went with it, meaning what was meant to be a relaxing experience didn't make for a relaxing morning and when we booked the spa, one of the things we wanted to have and use for our night away was the use of a hot tub. We thought we'd be safe booking a spa for this but it was broken and from we gather by talking to a guest that regularly visits, this seems to be an ongoing issue, so if you're wanting to use the hot tub, it might be worth checking its working before you book.

One of my favourite places to stay, staff are lovely, room are nice, food is good and really well placed for the M4 and some lovely beaches. For breakfast the pancake machine was off so the waitress went and made us a plate full of pancakes fresh in the kitchen. The sofa bed had a memory foam mattress. Reception staff were lovely. I couldn’t fault our short stay.

Lovely room comfortable bed. Was a bit noisy at times with doors slamming but settled after 11 pm. The facilities good and staff were pleasant. Spa was lovely and we enjoyed the spa treatments .........................................
