I reschedule my booking through *********** but my reschedule was cancelled by the hotel with instruction to cancel. I followed their instruction to cancel and now they are refusing to refund my money. I have tried to reach out to the hotel on multiple occasion by phone and email but has since got no response. Each time I call, someone answer the phone and say "I don't speak english" and then phone goes dead. I this allowed in France? what happens to my consumer rights for a refund? I hope that someone from the hotel seem my review here and reach out to me directly.

Le personnel est très chaleureux et disponible. De plus ils ont été de bon conseil sur les activités à faire durant notre séjour (pour les randonnées ). De plus le cadre est ressourçant. Les repas étaient délicieux je recommande ++

Accueil odieux , nous souhaitions des renseignements, et les avons demandé avec amabilité et gentillesse; les réponses ont été siderantes: empreintes de condescendance et de mépris . Je n’ai jamais vécu ca. Quel gâchis dans un lieu si beau et si zen!

Geen aanrader voor gezin of langere periode, daar zijn de voorzieningen en aangeboden service ver onder de maat, jammer want wel een aardige plek . WiFi zou perfect moeten zijn volgens review en accommodatie maar wij hadden geen WiFi Geen vlees kaas of ei bij ontbijt , wel tegen bijbetaling( kaas en ei ) wel € 7,00 pp per dag Geen lunchmogelijkheid Mag geen eigen vlees mee naar ontbijt terwijl ze dit niet aanbieden!! Eten voorafgaand aan de reis boeken!! Geen WiFi Zwembad €12 pp per dag Misleidende reviews / Ratten in tussen wand waardoor wakker liggen Stank in bovenste slaapkamer riool of dode rat waarschijnlijk laatste !! Constante stank van houtkachel !! Ik ben astmatisch krijg het er benauwd van Soms geen warm water of maar heel even ( douche ) Dit met de uitbater opgenomen , maar hij sprak plotseling zeer slecht Engels bij het aankaarten van deze zaken . Voor 13 dagen geboekt maar na 3 dagen ergens anders naartoe gegaan !! Deels refund gevraagd , maar zij herkennen zich er niet in en wilden ook niet compenseren !!! Beslist niet voor herhaling vatbaar ...

Nous avons réservé il y a 10 jours environ sur booking sachant qu'il n'y avait pas d'annulation possible mais bon depuis 20 ans nous n'avions jamais annulé...... Malheuresement des problémes de santé inattendus de mon épouse m'oblige à annuler le séjour.Hier j'ai prévenu l'établissement ,soit 7 jours avant notre séjour ,en espérant une minoration des frais d'annulation ....... Je pensais que le délai leur permettez de relouer la chambre mais comme ils en ont le droit ,c'était écrit dans les conditions ......,ils ont refusés...... Je ne trouve pas ça "commerçant" ..... sachez à qui vous avez à faire ......
