The house has a screened in porch and various spots both inside and out to watch the prominent wildlife. It sits on close to 2 acres at the crest of a hill with beautiful mountain views and sunsets as well as an enjoyable predominant breeze. There are four bedrooms, three upstairs and one on the ground level, an enclosed porch and sunken sunroom (with fireplace) looking out over the property. You may even spot a little wildlife! The home sleeps five comfortably and can sleep six if need be. The sunroom is a favorite for snuggling up with a book, sipping a cup of tea or a glass of wine or simply visiting with friends and family. There are smart T.V.s and game boards as well as a quiet office space.
