The lower level walks out to a great patio, more seating, a porch swing, just a few steps away from the dock. Kids and adults will love the private dock for swimming and escaping the heat. The property is conveniently located in the same cove as Point Oasis where you can rent pontoons and wave runners (2 dock slips available), get gas, ice, snow cones, or enjoy a lakeside meal at Lakehouse 13. They also have a boat ramp if you have a boat you’d like to bring!High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and air conditioning and heating ensure comfort in any season. There is a 4 car max policy to not disrupt our friendly neighbors. Osage Beach is nearby, which hosts, many exciting things to do while you stay. Each of the two bedrooms have queen beds, along with two pullout queen beds in the living room. Anywhere from one to eight guests can sleep comfortably. There is a total of three TVs with fire sticks and high-speed Wi-Fi available. Don’t miss out on the fully stocked, Keurig coffee bar at this stay. It is not unusual to see deer in the area. Property is 4 miles from Laurie Missouri. There is everything you could need at Laurie. King's Point in less than a mile away where boat launching is available. There is no hot tub on the property.
