(Keep in mind there are 10 steps to reach the upper unit.) The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We have everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal, including some essential spices! Our kitchen table will accommodate all your guests for a wonderful meal and is also a great gathering place for game night! The living room is comfortable for all with a sofa and two chairs as well as a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The sofa pulls out to a full size bed for your extra guests. Our bedrooms are comfortable with crisp linens and wonderful Dreamcloud mattresses. Our bathroom is small, but is equipped with all you may need during your stay from a blow dryer to make-up mirror to essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Q-tips, cotton balls, and even hair ties! If you forget a few things we have some backups for you (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shave cream.) During the spring, summer and fall you'll be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the peek-a-boo view of Betsie Bay while you enjoy a cold beverage and whatever you decide to cook on the grill! *Please note that although our property can easily accommodate 6, it is probably more suitable for 4 due to having 1 bathroom.Although I won't generally be there to greet you I am always available. What makes Big Red so special, is the fact that you can be within walking distance to downtown but the home sits just slightly out of town upon a hill where you get gorgeous views. There isn't a day that goes by when you don't see a bunny or deer snacking on the crab apple tree directly behind the home.
