Please give us notice 48 hours prior to check in date.*PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval.*Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee.*Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel.
