Outdoor covered patio to catch the air and cozy seating with patio warmer and fire pit for use (patio shared space)This is a lower level apartment, however there are exterior steps when accessing the apartment (see photos). There are stairs from the parking area to the main entrance and a few stairs up the side patio to the door.
