The Mousetrap Inn proved to be an excellent choice for our recent getaway. What truly made our stay memorable was the genuinely friendly staff. From check-in to checkout, every team member was welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything needed. Their local knowledge and recommendations enhanced our entire visit. The included breakfast was a real highlight and exceptional value. Fresh, well-prepared options with plenty of variety kept us satisfied each morning before exploring. It's rare to find complimentary breakfast that actually exceeds expectations. Really nice B&B, comfortable and clean. We had a very comfortable stay in the delightful room at the Mousetrap Inn, the size and decor of the rooms made up for the limited parking. We booked three rooms and my father has limited mobility, as all the rooms are on top floor there was no accessible room, so they gave him the one closest to the stairs. There was a noisy fan on all night which caused disrupted sleep. It either needs maintenance or switching off at night. Other than this it was a very pleasant stay with a lovely breakfast.
