酒店像在一個公園一樣，在一河邊，河面很安靜，河對面就是樹林，很漂亮。房間可以看到河，還可以看到山上的城堡，美中不足的是房間有點小。餐廳在一樓，很法式的裝修，菜的出品也不錯。早餐豐富，坐的很舒服，安靜的用餐。

Wij hebben een gastronomisch weekend geboekt,
De bediening in het restaurant was uitstekend, het personeel is er echt zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam in omgang.
De kwaliteit van de keuken laat helaas te wensen over.
Over het uitgebreidde ontbijt, niks dan lof 👌👌
Maar het diner s’avonds…😏
De voorgerechten bij de 3 en 5 gangen menu op vrijdag en zaterdag waren nog lekker, maar de hoofdschotel van beide menu’s waren een complete ontgoocheling…
Het welness gedeelte is dringend aan renovatie toe, alles is veroudert, turks stoombad werkte niet eens en de geur was er vermuft..

It begin good but restaurant 4 stars and burn steak 80/90% while was supposed to be medium rare. Also a man on reception with short hair i cant say exactly age so rude absolutely unacceptable. So sad for such a nice location.. But what is shocking that kitchen even let it go out in the way it was. I was so shocked I even forgot to make a picture but there kitchen worker know its not just story but facts. Even there fire alarm was on absolutely ridiculous. Breakfast was 10/10 I cant deney there.

The first and second day receptionists were exceptional, respectful and ready to give whatever information was necessary the 3th day at the morning was blond woman super friendly and helpful 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. And at 12:00 ( that was when we were leaving) was a man at reception that was acually the first with very arrogant domine attitude, he came VERY closed across disrespectful as well not very cooperative definitely not good representation of 4 stars hotel. I woud say there was some minor issues in our stay but nothing effected us so much as that receptionists. I woud say that the hotel is in a very beautiful location breakfast are without any complaints the place we stayed was properly cleaned and prepared with a great view of nature. I woud have leave a much higher rating but treating customers with such attitude definitely makes me wonder if I woud choose that place again. Its a example how only one person can harm the renome of any hotel.

The location of this hotel is great, quiet in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast is fine with lots of choice, even champagne should you want it. The hotel has no air conditioning, pay attention to that when you book in the summer. Dinner is also good but pricey, with 2 people you are easily over 100 Dollars/Euro. Only point of attention I want to give: pay attention to the bill during check out, the staff wants you to put all consumptions on the room. We don't do that because we like to keep the overview. We have been there 2 times and 2 times the invoice was not correct. The first time there was a bottle of wine on our bill and the second time 2 cokes and an ice tea while we never had anything put on the room. So if you choose to do this and you stay for several days then there are probably drinks on it that you never never had, but do you remember all the drinks you had? Otherwise it is a fine hotel.

A very nice hotel in a scenic place. Lots of hiking in the area and ruins of a castle to visit. One of the staff was not very professional but the rest were. Our three-course meal was nice and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Spa area looked really nice but they’re was a strong smell in the hamam and sauna. Probably plumbing issues. Worth a visit
