Receptionist （female）unbearably rude for no reason. No service etiquette at all. The male receptionist at the second morning is quite nice. Bournemouth people are quite nice. The only unpleasant experience happens here at the hotel. Won’t rebook for this particular reason.

Very good customer services very good members of staff always when I go to Bournemouth I stay the same hotel I recommend all my friends and family to stay there.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and cleanliness to a very high standard. There was some noise from other guests rooms but that can’t be helped, suggest taking ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper and plan on an early night. Had a terrific stay and would return. Staff were super friendly and helpful! They even helped me carry my suitcase up as I had a weak arm.

In fact, sanitation and services are OK, But when I first went in, I was very angry. I was arranged in the corner of the second floor. There was no elevator, and I had to carry the suitcases up. It was clearly a parent-child room, but it turned into a double bed room. The hotel said that there was no room and returned it to us. At that time, the information provided by Ctrip was wrong, so an extra bed was given to me, and the room became very crowded. The toilet is huge. The desk lamp by the table also fell off, which looked dangerous. Only the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept on during this trip, not too soft.

I like this room very much. The windows are bright and clean, and the facilities in the house are very comprehensive. There are bathtubs and showers. The beach is outside the house. It is very convenient to walk for a few minutes. It is very suitable for family outings.

Nice environment, good location, good service attitude

Hotel was clean and comfortable, no complaints, only critiicism, cost of parking when staying over night! If you use the hotel for lets say a baby shower for an afternoon, parking is free for the time your there, and a resident if no space has to park in the road. Then when a space becomes free they can park and then have to pay for the privilege of staying over night! Doesn't seem right. After saying all that, would use the hotel again, just think parking free is a little unfair!

We were very surprised to find that this hotel prices is what you would pay for a 3 star hotel but turned out to 5 star standards. We would love to come back . Finding it hard to find any faults.

From checkin to checkout the service at Orchid has been exemplary. Staff friendly and welcoming. Environment clean and modern. Would definitely visit again!!!

Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful and made our visit a pleasure. Lovely breakfast and room. Only thing we would have found helpful is to have a little information leaflet/pack with details on the heating in rooms, coffee machine and local amenities. We will be back and thank you to the staff!!

Very nice room and special mention to the receptionist on Thursday afternoon who was very welcoming! (This was in stark contrast to the receptionist in the evening who completely blanked me. I’m not going to take a star off the review, but maybe look up and say hello next time!)

Very nice looking bar area, unfortunately were not able to make cocktails, had no salted peanuts, and apart from draught Guinness, no other ales, just lagers. A pity, because with very little effort this could be an appealing area for both pre and post dinner drinks.
