Although this motel is economical, I feel very comfortable staying here for one night. It should not have been built for a long time, and the decoration and equipment are very new and clean. The hotel is small with more than ten rooms. The front desk staff was friendly but not full time, she was off duty after the last booked guests arrived to check in. I left a phone number and I can find her if I need anything. When I checked out the next day, she put the key in the box before she went to work. The rooms are a bit smaller than your average motel but small and nice with everything you need. There is a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 40 minutes drive from the Marthas Vineyard ferry terminal. If you go to Martha's Vineyard for a day but don't want to spend the night on the island, you can consider returning to the mainland to live here. Hotels on Marthas Vineyard Island are several times more expensive and the peak season is not fixed.

Highly recommend this little gem!
Fabulous host, clean & well furnished room and all you could possibly need for a comfortable night away from home.
Fantastic selection of goodies for breakfast too. Tabitha has literally thought of everything, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for just one night after the Mass Maritime football game. Pros: Clean; comfortable bed; snacks, water, coffee and tea provided; friendly and helpful staff. Cons: Very small room; noisy; strong odor of air or carpet freshener in our room. Overall it was a good stay.

We had a great stay for a family weekend get away. Loved the side yard, was a great feature for our 10 and 7 year old to stretch their legs after a long drive. The room was clean and bright with great decor. The costumer service was amazing from booking to check out.

room is on smaller side but very cozy with a lot of thoughtful decoration. they left munchies and drinks at no extra charge. and the owners respond immediately to texts. excellent communication
