Travel was during the summer and the air-conditioning was leaking onto the floor, probably the drain pan was clogged. The loft beds had no air-conditioning and relied on a plug-in fan to ventilate the space so it was rather warm. Otherwise room was clean, and receptionist was great at checking us in.

will not use again...nobody on reception at 5pm...had to check in from outside on digital pad...room cleanliness ok...but blocked sink so had to wash hands in shower...no one there to sort out...totally unaceptable...will always use ace hotels across road...far better....lady at breakfast was helpful...shame she is neimg let down by management

The B and B site has two hotels on it, Bourges 1 and Bourges 2. Bourges 2 is the one "at the back". When we were there, Reception at B2 was not manned - guests had to go to B1 for any admin needs. At B1, they run two separate computer systems, depending on which hotel you are in - but there is only one receptionist, who can become overwhelmed. The public areas of B2 are very down at heel. There is no breakfast served there - you have to go across to B1 (which is similarly unkempt), and the breakfast room there gets very crowded. The breakfast was adequately stocked, but there was queing and it was difficult to move between the tables. To get to B1, you walk across the car park and through a gap with masses of pebbles underfoot - don't wear flimsy footwear. In fairness, our room in Bourges 2 was clean and tidy, and the hotel was very quiet. Reception are helpful with maps and guidance on where to park in Bourges.

B&B constitué de 2 bâtiments & j’ai séjourné dans celui du fond
Les locaux semblent figer dans le temps, sans vie…. Tout se fait (réception, petit dej….) dans le bâtiment 2
L’état de propreté est minimum dans ce bâtiment 1….moisissures sur la fenêtre !
Et il faut sortir dehors pour le petit dej… alors s’il pleut ….rédhibitoire

Hôtel pratique, proche du péage. Par contre accueil exécrable du gérant, visiblement pas à sa place ou non initié aux règles de base du commerce. Méprisant, outrecuidance, bref nul. A noter, tables pour petit-déjeuner extérieur réservées aux clients de l'hôtel mais bancs enchainés et cadenassés. Ce gérant incompétent vous indique certainement de petit-déjeuner debout ! En résumé, hôtel oui, gérance non et à fuir
