This is a nice hotel. The room are perfect. The air conditioner is running very quietly what is rare and much appreciated. The location is not the most practical but if you cross the road there are beautiful walks or runs. The breakfast is very good. But the very best was the staff who was very helpful while I had done a mistake in my booking. Thanks again!

Absolutely dreadful! Initially allocated a room that was used as storage for excess beds. Shocked by the state and hygiene of the carpet leading to the rooms! Highly stained and dirty. Given a second room, upon entering a huge, damp, brown stain greeted us. Above it was old, leaking air conditioning unit. Furniture was dated and once again a filthy carpet! We had taken our dog a small Border Terrier and I was afraid for her to lie on the carpet. We immediately went and checked in at the local Ibis. I tried to request £27 euro refund that i paid upfront and was refused by the receptionist. Avoid this hotel at all times. A very stressful and unpleasant experience!

It has probably been the wordt ever experience in an Hotel. The structure has about 40 rooms in the periphery of Bourges. Already opon arrival the appearence is onf an old and badly mainteined hotel. This is confoirmed byolr tapestries and furnitures, a small and slow elevator. The decor is aligned. Our room was actually relatively large, but with dirty and badly maintained furnitures. Only the shower was modern. But behind the first impression: - The air conditioning system did not work - The antiquate fridge did not refrigerate at all - The wifi connection did not work - We had towels only for one person and one of the was already dirty. We referred to the clerk at the reception who told us that a technician would have helped us. In fact, this person id not show up. We asked to move to another room, but the clerk told us that the hotel was fully booked. After an horrible night, the morning after I was received at the reception by a member of the Hotel management. I reported again all the issues and expected to receive excuses and maybe a refund. What I gort was a "Je men fue" and a threten to have his hands arounf my throat. He also blocked the way to the stairs and repeated again his menaces. At the end, another guest arrived and I could leave. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Il faut réussir à passer la façade qui n’inspire pas grand-chose de terrible Des chambres rénovée assez grande pour les chambres supérieure, une belle salle de bain. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, une grande télévision, etc. etc. le wi-fi fonctionne correctement Le petit déjeuner est relativement cher par rapport à la qualité des produits présentés Ça reste un hôtel sympa un bon rapport qualité prix pour l’instant

Parking gratuit à disposition, accueil sympathique. Hôtel entièrement rénové avec goût, chambre spacieuse, propre. Pièce commune agréable. Cependant, l'ascenseur n'en fait qu'à sa tête.. c'est pour cette raison que je n'ai pas mis 5. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Comment dire... On vous laisse miroiter une hôtel rénové et en fait, pas vraiment. A l'arrivée vous êtes reçu par une dame pas vraiment avenante assise derrière une petite table (un guéridon?). Elle vous explique tout bien et s'empresse de vous faire régler à l'avance... Arrivée dans la chambre, nous étions pressés de nous rafraîchir et, mauvaise surprise, pas de serviettes. Retour chez la dame de l'entrée qui commence par mettre en doute le propos et nous donne quand même un kit (pour deux personnes...) Elle précise qu'elle déposera le second quand elle aura "deux minutes" . Après un demi-heure, retour à l'accueil pour obtenir le deuxième kit. A nouveau, mise en doute de nos propos. Elle vient même vérifier... Durant la douche, je me rends compte que celle-ci fait un bruit de perceuse à béton et que, en plus, il n'y a pas moyen de sélectionner le deuxième pommeau car le mitigeur est cassé...(Hotel rénové récemment???) Soit, nuit pas trop mal hormis les bruits de la route et les oreillers un peut plats (Même pas une deuxième paire pour compenser, étrange puisque nous sommes dans un trois étoiles...). Je suis réveillé par le bruit de perceuse lors de la douche de mon épouse... Le lendemain, petit déjeuner. Café correct mais c'est tout. Viennoiseries surgelées pas terribles, crêpes sans goût. Seule la baguette et les fromages avaient presque le niveau... Bref, je me demande comment on a pu attribuer trois étoiles à cet établissement...

Chambre double supérieure réservée. Accueil à l’arrivée correct jusqu’à ce que nous signalions que le canapé convertible de la chambre était ouvert en lits superposés et que le store était bloqué et cassé. Quand on a demandé si c’était bien une chambre supérieure, on nous répond que « oui et que pour mieux c’est plus cher » ! On finit par nous proposer une autre chambre. Globalement chambre à la déco assez jolie, mais ménage approximatif ( des cheveux dans la salle de bain). Pdj correct. Jeune femme à l’accueil le lendemain : charmante. Hôtel certes rénové mais pas au niveau du 3* annoncées et le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas. Expérience très mitigée !

Cet hôtel est très chaleureux d'intérieur,un peu moins d'extérieur mais je vous le conseille vivement.Il se situe dans la ville de Bourges dans le Cher. Personnel très accueillant et aimable envers les touristes. Alors bonne nuit à vous..
