A pure scandal. After booking this establishment on the campanile website, I received validation of my reservation the same day. However, the next morning, I had a cancellation of my reservation, the hotel being apparently full. The customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions (general conditions of sale), but the hotelier has no constraints. I had to look for another establishment. This is the first time this has happened to me and I didn't think it was possible. Avoid booking on the campanile website, prefer a reservation platform.

The rooms are very quiet, the staff pleasant and the Director Bernadette, with rare professionalism, is extremely efficient: customer satisfaction is her main objective. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The only downside is that the rooms are a little small.

Excellent, very professional and pleasant welcome. Very clean and comfortable room. Quite decent dinner for the price and an excellent dessert buffet that is regularly replenished. Thank you to Bernadette for taking the time, despite a busy room, to kindly come and chat with us. Quite decent breakfast. As there was no more unflavored tea left, Bernadette went to get some natural green tea and organic tea so that I could have tea to my liking quickly. Very warm welcome, charming hostess, the staff is pleasant, an asset for this hotel, however the negative point is the room… small bathroom, cleaning is overlooked, questionable hygiene, poorly maintained… a hotel that needs a good refresher on this level. In terms of catering, the cuisine is correct, good presentation, sufficient starter buffet. For breakfast, there is a choice of sweet and savory options.
