I had an apartment.. it was very clean with lovely views from the window over the town. The spa bath was lovely, though not all the functions worked & the shower was powerful & good. Loved my breakfast being bought up to my room. It’s in an excellent location. My only worry was that at the top of the building, serviced by wooden stairs, there was no fire escape notices in the room, so not sure what would happen in that scenario. Other than that it’s lovely.

Beautiful old french house with loads of charm and character. Great location as just a short walk to the city centre. Secure parking which is great as the parking in the area is limited. The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful. Had a lovely comfortable room with a jacuzzi bath and garden view. Would recommend here to anyone.

Superb guest house! We had the family spa room, a nice surprise when we opened the door, two very large, spacious rooms, everything has been thought of, down to the tissues and bottles of water available. The bedding is very comfortable, the sheets smell good, and the bathroom is a must :) Breakfast: very good orange juice. Just missing pancakes/cakes/brioches.

The entrance lighting is triggered at the slightest movement even in the room, if you get up at night the 2 occupants use the light and it does not go out until a long time after it is triggered, odors come up from the bath siphon, and the breakfast not great or ready at 8 a.m. no pastries ready, no fresh bread (very small soft pieces intended for the savory breakfast,) no brioches or other cakes, in short disappointed

We spent 2 nights in this hotel in July 2022 in the Royale room. I enjoyed the breakfast (fresh variety, beautiful terrace with panoramic view of the city) and the staff who were friendly and helpful. The room was quite clean. Tea and coffee available, small fridge. The negative points: Jacuzzi is too small, my husband who is 186cm tall was half in it, so impossible to take it in 2. It looks like it's a Jacuzzi for children or small people. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was not firm at all, I slept really badly. And the most disappointing thing, there is no sound insulation, the little children walking around in the room above, they looked like elephants... it was so noisy, even louder than the TV. . I think this sound problem is quite well known because there were earplugs in the bedside table.

From the first day of booking, communication went very well, my answers to my many questions were not long in coming. And when we arrived, everything continued like this! Warm welcome Our room awaited us with a welcome note on the bed! Bathroom with the top-notch whirlpool bathtub! And the next day, a hearty breakfast, with always the best staff! No, really nothing to complain about... TO DO AGAIN if we ever pass through Pas de Calais!
