Very disappointed with this hotel. We went there with my 4-year-old daughter because she had to be hospitalized at the Marcel Sembat clinic right next door the next morning. Living at the other end of the Paris region, we wanted to avoid all the morning traffic jams. The location for the clinic is ideal (5 min walk). This hotel is recommended on the clinic's website, which is why we chose it. We arrived on site around 9pm on a Wednesday evening. The welcome was more than average, we really felt like we were disturbing. Another customer was actually complaining about something. Once in our room, surprise, only 2 small adult beds pushed together when I had made a reservation for an adult + junior room. I went down to ask if there was a mistake (it can happen, no problem). There I was informed that there is "normally a bed under one of the other beds". OK, fine. I went back up and looked. Although I don't think it's great in terms of customer service that it's up to me to go under the beds and look at all that, I do it. There is indeed a small "junior" bed with a filthy mattress, nothing to protect it. And it's very difficult to get it out from under the bed given the small size of the room. On our floor there were lots of trolleys with sheets, which actually made it difficult for us to move around with my daughter's stroller. So I went to help myself to at least protect the mattress. So the Junior bed isn't made. I search the room and find a cushion, yay! No duvet, no fitted sheet, nothing for the Junior bed. No 3rd towel in the bathroom either. My daughter being sick, I simply gave up. Fortunately, I had planned for her stay in the hospital, everything she needed (towel, blanket), so I used mine. Considering the price (almost €150 per night!!!) it's completely absurd that there is zero customer service. It's not as if the hotel was full... As for cleanliness, I read a lot of negative comments. For our part, apart from the dilapidated state of the hotel, we found it to be okay. The same goes for the noise level at night, it was okay. We didn't have breakfast since my daughter had to fast for her stay at the clinic. So nothing to report on that level. It's really a shame because a minimum of customer service would have made all the difference.
