the area is off the main districts of Paris, at the end of th Metro 10. it is a 5mins walk from the station, with stairs, better not taking metro with luggage. We took Uber to the hotel from the airport wich costs 52euro, which is acceptable.
The neighborhood are mostly beautiful apartments, quiet and safe, surrounded by varies pastry shops, supermarkets, local restaurants.
The room is spacious, clean and decent, very good value for Paris. All staff are fluent in english and very helpful. Breakfast is cozy with good choices, with fancy coffee machines. I am sure anyone would be satisfied.

The place is great^^ Although they did not provide water, toothpaste and toothbrush in the room when I ask in the reception area they provided what I needed.
The receptionists are nice and very helpful^^

Sry for not being objective. The thing is, earlier i ordered a room in this hotel on a day earlier till the day i actually will be in Paris. So I asked gentlely to cancel the order, two days before the day i was supposed to live in, and the hotel declined my request. I am a seller and running my own business too, and i'd show a more understanding and forgivving attitude to my client, but not just take money by the "rules".

Lovely stay, pleasant and friendly stag staff, location 2 minutes from metro station. Croissants awaited us on checking in. Breakfast was nice. Will definitely return.

Very pleasant and helpful hotel staff. Room was clean and serviced regularly. I extended my stay for a third night and they were very helpful. The breakfast was very well presented however the limited food options, for dining in, was a disappointment as was the fact that only French speaking TV channels were available.
Overall a good stay.
