It was brilliant hotel near the PSG stadium. Good location, facilities and service. There are 24hours reception working.

Very nice hotel close to Roland-Garros and many shops and restaurants Very small rooms, but who needs a castle on vacation. We asked for single duvets instead of the usual double. Very serviceminded and helpful English speaking hosts I give my greatest recommendations

Unfortunately this hotel has taken money off my card for nights I didn’t stay and refused to refund it. Over £1000 has been taken. They refuse to respond to emails, even when written in French. Be very careful if you stay here not to share your financial details with the hotel other then when you actually settle the bill. I have had to involve the fraud team at my bank but it could take months for me to get the money back. If I ever do.

Pretty decent. Well put. Courteous staff. Own. Frozen room when you arrive! An hour later with the heating on it was perfect. The room is small but sufficient. A lot of noise. Corridor or other rooms and important coming from the stairs!!

Very disappointed with this hotel, room not heated enough not possible to adjust the heating, very noisy poorly soundproofed plus the receptionist a mr with glasses who is there in the morning lack of knowing how to be is very unpleasant, I had planned 7 nights in this hotel I canceled after 2 nights to go elsewhere. As part of my job I am regularly traveling on business this is the first time that I have alerted my employer in order to remove a hotel from our database referencing in Boulogne. It's a shame...

The Paris hotel is quite comfortable (bed, wardrobe), fairly large room. But we can hear the neighbors well. But tiny shower and bathroom too. NO HOT WATER for two days. No excuses. And I didn't get the promised discount... Breakfast (had once) is not very varied or plentiful (12€) and you have to notify yourself if you want to have breakfast, giving the time! Rude staff. The bald watchman is very very unpleasant (and you have to wake him up to leave the hotel, he sleeps on the sofa where the customers sit) The cleaning lady does not clean the cups and does not supply coffee pods , she leaves the window open after her departure. Towels changed if you only insist. Sheets changed after 6 nights and at my request. I have to stay two months after the month I change hotels….
