I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a delightful experience. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-maintained and exceptionally clean. The atmosphere is quiet, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries. I particularly enjoyed the small balcony, which added a nice touch to my stay. Overall, a lovely place to unwind!

I stay at the Acanthe regularly (every 5 to 6 weeks) for business and usually stay 4 or 5 nights. The location is very convenient for our office and I've always slept well here. The rooms are a good size for Paris area hotels, there is a good Continental breakfast offered which has developed over time and now has some hot options. The rooms have good quality beds and linens, the bathrooms are very well appointed with nice quality soaps and towels. Internet access and room TVs are good quality Samsung units well integrated into a Chromecast based casting system that works with phones, tablets and laptops. I've never had any issues with losing items or issues with credit cards as reported by some other reviews. Overall I would rate this an excellent independent hotel well worth it's #2 position in TripAdvisor listings

I had my credit card details stolen whilst in France….. the only place I used my card was at this hotel as the rest of my trip was funded by my company. I was really impressed with the initial response from the hotel, since then only dismissive responses and no update. Hotel was really nice but although I can’t actually prove it have some dishonest people working there

This was a business trip and I stayed two non concurrent nights so I got to experience two different rooms. First room was way smaller than expected. I could not fully walk in with my luggage without ending up in the bathroom. However, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower door needed some work and reading light fell out the wall. Otherwise a good room for a one night stay. The expectations for the second room weren’t high given the experience with the first. However, the room was much bigger and in better condition. The hotel is close to Paris, the metro, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was a very convenient location. The parking lot was not available so I did have to pay for street parking which was a little challenging to find at times. Overall, good experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. I would recommend

Stayed five nights at the hotel - on the last day my earphones were stolen. Notified the front desk and provided address of where the item was at the time (Bobigny). When I checked out, I was reassured that the “director” would contact me that day, which didn’t happen. The item is now back at the hotel so definitely a staff member with sticky fingers. Disappointing stay all around

My credit card details were stolen and someone used them numerous times in France. I only used my card once and that was at Hotel Acanthe. I can’t prove this is where they were taken but as I said I didn’t use the card apart from this transaction as my trip was fully funded by my company. I have sent an email to the management and I will be interested in their response. Luckily my credit card company have reimbursed and blocked all Transactions, these included zalando.fr and Wi-Fi bouygtel.

Literie excellente avec de très bons oreillers Très grand choix au petit-déjeuner dans une salle très cosy Le Personnel est très sympa Très bon rapport qualité/prix Le patio est très agréable pour se détendre quand on rentre de Paris. Pâtisseries offertes pour le goûter
