Family visit and training
This is a great place! Great location. Easy to get to everything. We were there to visit our daughter at Naropa, also we are training for a triathlon. University Cycles is right around the corner, we had good bikes to ride for the week. Great riding and cycling all around. Nice to be near the Boulder Creek path for easy access to runs and bike climbs.The apartment is very comfortable. It was nice to sit outside on the patio. Kitchen has everything you might need, good utensils and pans and knives. Also a good array of spices, olive oil, and coffee filters. You will love it!

Owner is responsive
We have stayed at this property in 2022. On this current trip, we checked in , dropped our bags, and went out to dinner. At the end of dinner, we learned of a a friend's emergency and had to grab our bags and immediately head home. Rusty was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee, since we had not really used the space at all. Thank you!

Location, location, location!
We so appreciated staying at Rusty’s place. It was really clean and has a bit of character. The fresh flowers and fire welcoming us was great. The location is great and we loved waking to Pearl Street for shopping & dinner and Spruce street for coffee & pastries! He responds to questions immediately and check in was easy. Thanks!

Perfect location
We had a great stay. House was clean, bed was comfortable, fireplace was warm and inviting and the house was located close to every thing. Being just a block away from Pearly Street, there are many restaurants and coffee shops to walk to and enjoy. It's also close to many different trailheads to explore and enjoy the beauty of the area.

Lovely home in a great location

Relaxing stay
Property was as described. Enjoyed walking to Ozo’s in the mornings to have coffee with our son. Views are spectacular. Explored Pearl Street, trip to Georgetown area, a dinner at Pasta Jay’s, and more. Loved sitting on the front lawn in the Adirondack chairs, visiting, reading, and relaxing. Great stay. Would stay here again.

Amazing location and outside area
Location was perfect for CU parents weekend. Perfectly walkable to Pearl, campus, the hill and Folsom stadium. Inside was cozy and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Weather was warm beautiful fall weekend and the private patio set back From the already quiet street was the perfect spot to spend hours cuddling my daughter and catching up.
