Upstairs has one bedroom, bathroom, and loft area with 2 twin XL beds. Backyard has a large patio, waterfall, and pergola. The living room features a cozy sectional sofa, a vintage upholstered chair, a smart TV, Apple TV, XBox and Play Station for your entertainment needs. Adjacent to the living area, you'll discover a work space, complete with guests raving about the lightning-fast Wi-Fi. Retreat to the master bedroom, where you'll find a luxurious queen-size bed made of three layers of organic latex topped with a sumptuous wool topper. Ample closet space, concealed behind the white curtain. All bed linens are made of organic cotton, promising a comfortable night's sleep. The loft space outside the master bedroom has 2 twin XL beds. A breathtaking mountain view is visible from both the front porch and the upstairs deck. The downstairs bathroom exudes a touch of glamour, gleaming black walls and a vintage gold chandelier that adds a touch of opulence to your daily routine. Pearl Street, with its mix of restaurants and shops, is just four blocks away. A leisurely 15-minute stroll will take you to the Pearl Street Mall, where you can indulge in delectable cuisine served by local eateries. Lots of live music and street performers. You have access to the entire house. There is a shared easement with my neighbor. They have access to their side entrance through our gate and into the backyard. I will also be going back and forth through the same gate, with my dog, into the backyard where I have an artist shed that I work out of. If this bothers you, then this is not the house for you.
