The room is very clean and spacious. There is a desk with coffee making facilities. The bathroom provides glasses for rinsing your mouth as well as towels. The welcome is excellent and the staff welcoming and professional. The lunch choice is quality and the products are good. We were passing through and we were not disappointed with the quality of the hotel.

We arrived without having booked. We were very well received. The room was very very functional and clean. We were able to have dinner even though we arrived late. The hotel offers hot dishes until 8:30 p.m. Breakfast was plentiful.

*** Hotel located in an industrial zone near an expressway 3km from the center of Béziers. This hotel is not worthy of a Best Western. 🔴 IMPORTANT: all the staff are extremely kind and helpful and are not blamed, but it is at the hotel management level that this is not going well. Parking always full, so of course we offer you a second disused parking lot 300m from the hotel with lights going out in the street at midnight. Nice return to the hotel in the dark night. The hotel looks like a blockhouse or a low-end Ibis hotel. The reception is closed at 10 p.m. and no more human contact except in emergencies, never seen a best western without night shift. Sewage smells in some rooms. Decent breakfasts, nothing more. At the same time, I send Best-Western customer service a detailed report of my stay with film and photos.

The hotel is in a good and quiet location. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. There is air conditioning and a balcony. The bathroom is a good size and the beds are very good. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The staff are very friendly and competent! There are enough free parking spaces in the lockable courtyard of the hotel. We have been here several times and will be happy to come back again.
