very nice hotel, and very friendly staff, ask it and they will get it for you, also beautiful view over de city, the food is very very nice, and also the bar is very nice. Had a lot of fun with the bartenders :))

Very disappointing, especially the food which is quite basic and expensive. The wines are extremely expensive for basic wine. Breakfast just OK, but chaotic! Tried phoning the hotel 60 times the days before visiting and nobody answers. There is a message saying call back, but when calling back they still don't answer. Not very reassuring!

The rooms are basic and a bit tired but the views are fabulous. Dinner was good but breakfast was a bit basic. Free motorbike parking out the front. Downstairs is very nice with good staff. It would be a long hard walk to any other restaurant up and.down a.steep Hill.

Hotel Panorama is a great place to stay, a peaceful place with a short walking distance from the lovely city of Bouillon. Hotels name doesn't lie, the view over Bouillon is breath-taking. The rooms are big and clean, the personal is very professional and friendly, and the kitchen is extraordinary. It's very easy to add that "We'll be back!"

Personnel aux petits soins, chambre correct (bien que le matelas soit un peu tendre à mon goût), baignoire jacuzzi dans la chambre ça faisait une éternité que j avais pas pris de bain. Spa pas donné (80€ pour 1,5h) mais arrangement possible. Très bon rapport qualité prix dans l ensemble, nous reviendrons.

Je recommande vivement,propreté,amabilité du personnel et la cuisine est exceptionnelle. Un chef hors du commun. La vue de la chambre est magnifique. Ne pas prendre la chambre promo(vu affreuse et chère pour ça)la différence de 14€ vaut le choix d’une chambre avec vue sur la vallée

Vu la satisfaction de notre séjour à L'Hôtel restaurent le Panorama nous y sommes retournés pour 4 jours et rien n'as changé nous avons étés reçu avec le sourire de la part du Directeur, Pascale du cuistot le personnel de salle sans oublier Zakia et les nouveaux arrivés Alexandra et Dimitri le chef de salle. Pour les repas toujours savoureux, variés, le vin de bons crus service impeccable. Les femmes de chambres toujours le sourire. Un Hôtel à ne pas négliger pour son calme et son amabilité. Rester comme cela et bonne chance à tous et rendez-vous en novembre nous arrivons !!!!!

Sous un rayon de soleil estival,surplombant ce magnifique château s’offrant à nous, nous avons vécu un moment d 'exception.La chambre 14 , complétement rénovée, nous a ravi.Le silence de la nuit nous a ému,le repas du soir en version 3 services aux choix était vraiment excellent, le personnel s 'est plié en 4, et indiqué toutes les bonnes informations pour les expériences à vivre à Bouillon...Une très belle surprise pour cet établissement et cette ville.
