The room was very nice, quiet, clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was large. The front desk service was very friendly. The restaurant downstairs was very good, the beef was delicious, the desserts were great, and it was very lively at night.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Large rooms and very clean bathrooms. Free parking closed at night. Restaurant "la butcherie" in the same building. And a swimming pool that we greatly appreciated with the heatwave.

We stayed at the hotel from October 13 to 16, 2023, with a group of friends. We travel for the rugby world cup. On October 15, when we returned to the hotel room, after having been outside all day, we realized that we were missing a new speaker. We went to the reception and the person who was there, who at first did not want to tell us his name, told us that it was not the hotel's responsibility, and not only that, but at no time did he show any willingness to see what had happened, with We asked him to call the police, which he initially resisted, so that the fact could be established. On the other hand, when we asked to speak to someone responsible for the hotel, this same person, told us that the manager would be there the next morning starting at 08:00, which did not happen. We were at the hotel until we went to the train station and that person never showed up. The truth is that I do not recommend this hotel, not only because the speaker disappeared, but also because of the lack of empathy of the receptionist.
