The hotel needs renovation. Especially the bathroom, with persistent, unpleasant smell. The location, however is very attractive, along park passage, with parking lot and easy access to several restaurants. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was very average and restaurant downstairs doesn’t look encouraging. Finally, the price for the accommodation was very reasonable.

Sono venuta in questo albergo dopo una bruttissima esperienza in hotel rapsodia ho trovato una ragazza gentilissima alla reception e la signora delle pulizie gentilissima ho cenato al ristorante con mio figlio posso dire il mio piatto non era male però la carbonara che ha preso mio figlio era molto scarsa di qualità non fatta per niente a tradizione addirittura non con bacon hanno messo un salume tipo wustel ... cameriera ristorante gentilissima e professionale ho chiamato per chiedere colazione in camera nel giorno di partenza 12.11.2022 mi hanno risposto dal ristorante e mi ha detto scusa perché non vieni giu a mangiare!!! Un po scocciata che deve portare la colazione in camera!!! camera bella pulita con tutto necessario 4 stelle

4 notti solo perchè ho pagato appena arrivata senno me ne sarei andata,tappeti sporche al punto che i piedi si attaccavano,piumini sporchissimi,letti con doghe rotte😑prenotate diverse camere per coppie con bambini di cui 2 camere ci hanno dato con 3 letti singoli 🙄poi una stanza per 2 pagata 180 lei/1notte come tutti gli altri che erano in 3/4 pers!!
