It was a quick trip, I didn't get checked in until 3am and left out @9 am. The room was very clean. I was able to grab a quick bagel thanks to the free breakfast buffet. My car was waiting for me and my bag was place in my car by the attendant. Once I was home checking my emails I realized my stay was prorated and I was not charged a full day. I really appreciate them for noticing and applying the credit. I will be choosing Embassy Suites for future trips to Boston.

Hotel fine but service was well below the standard I’d expect, very angry looking receptionist made me feel very unwanted when I went to tell her my room keys were no longer working and my hotel app was saying I’d been checked out even after paying extra for late check out. I had to prove to her what my app was saying this as she was adamant I was wrong, finally with not even an apology gave me a new key.

I stayed here one night during both my trip from El Paso, Texas to Rockland, Maine (stopping overnight in Boston) and again on my way back. It isn't a fancy hotel but it is a great ”commuter” hotel. Despite it being right next to the airport, I never really heard anything during my first stay when my room was at the front of the building (Room #312), and was only faintly aware of the planes taking off on the second night when my room was on the backside of the building (Room #213). The rooms were impeccably clean (even the windows which were crystal clear) and comfortable. The bed was ”comfy cozy”, and the shower was the BEST I have ever had in a hotel. The personnel were friendly and efficient. Ryan, at the front desk was especially understanding and helpful in getting my boarding passes for the next day's flight printed for me (I'm a ”senior” and go old school in wanting printed paper boarding passes). I would also like to give a special ”shout out” to my shuttle driver, Carolyn, who was especially outgoing and friendly (while still maintaining a constant watch on traffic). Speaking of the shuttle, they were very helpful and spot on when giving me directions as to how to get from my arrival gate at the airport to the spot where their bus would pick me up, and the bus arrived within the time frame they promised. Because of my experience with this hotel, I will be booking the Hilton Garden Inn at Sky Harbor Airport North in Phoenix for my ”stop over” nights during my Hawaii trip next spring.

The place was beautiful, and the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that when we booked a ”double room”, we were expecting a room with two queen sized beds. We usually stay in Hyatt or Marriott hotels, and have never seen a double bed in over 20 years! Our party included three grown adults, and it wasn't very relaxing having two people trying to sleep in a bed that small. We asked for a cot or roll-away bed, but due to fire regulations, they wouldn't provide one.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the airport. There is a sl3 bus to the city and subway station at the door. Convenient transportation. The room is large, especially the bathroom. Comes with a sofa bed. Suitable for Sancha home and even with two children. Western breakfast is almost the same. Suitable for people who have been traveling for a few days

Location of the hotel couldn’t be beat! It was within walking distance to almost every highlight of Boston. Typically we pick a place to stay with free breakfast but there weren’t many to choose from for the location we wanted. Our room didn’t have a view but that’s to be expected in a downtown area. Also would’ve been nice to have a hot tub or something to sit in at the end of the night. Only random complaint I have was actually the size of the bathroom. This might be a weird thing to complain about but I think because the bathroom was so large and didn’t seem to be heated well and when I did try to take a bath (yes I bathe in hotel bathtubs) it got cold very quickly.  I was disappointed they don’t have all ADA accommodations. The captioning didn’t work for half of the television shows, there were no flashing lights or doorbell for my husband who is deaf. I understand the building is old but it seemed like some of those things probably could be added. We didn’t interact with the staff much. We kept our privacy door hanger at the whole time so I can’t anything about housekeeping except the room was clean when we arrived. Overall the stay was good for the cost. And we would definitely pick this hotel again simply for the location.

The room is large, quiet and has a beautiful view. The entire hotel is very luxuriously decorated. There are buses connected to the subway, so the transportation is convenient. You can eat authentic Cantonese cuisine in the hotel, and the price/performance ratio is good! Very recommended!

Clean and comfy. Appreciated the breakfast which had hot food (scrambled eggs , sausage make own waffles as well as pastries/bagels/cereals/yogurt/fruits - Used their airport shuttle. But a bit noisy from vehicles on the street. Didn’t sleep well.

Really poor experience at this hotel. Booked and PAID for a CITY VIEW room and was told that I was “upgraded” upon check-in for being a good member. My view was of the roof of the convention center. No city view to be found. This is an upgrade?! The room itself is small, dirty and dated. The bathroom is very cramped and barely any water pressure. I couldn’t even rinse off my toothbrush because the water pressure was so low. I stayed here during a conference and the pig slop that they tried to feed us for breakfast and lunch was atrocious. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, but it is staffed by buffoons, and your wait will be 30 minutes on any given day. Last day requested late check out and they said “sorry, no availability” even though I am Gold. This hotel has 700+ rooms, and you’re telling me they’re going to clean all the rooms at the exact same time so that they can’t offer later checkout? Truly pathetic. Finally, a word on location. The seaport is a nice area, but this hotel is isolated. You’re still a one mile walk from restaurants and civilization, and Ubers were hard to come by in this area. In sum, this is a dirty, poorly maintained hotel in a mediocre location that does not honor any Bonvoy benefits. If you can snag it for less than $200 per night it might be worth it, otherwise I’d skip it.
