The room was clean and the overall cleanliness was very up-to-date. It is very close to the Green Line of the subway and convenient to various attractions. It's just inconvenient to use the iPad to operate the room, especially the TV and air conditioner. I would rather use the remote control directly. Although the room felt a bit small, it was probably reasonable considering the room rates in Boston.

This was my second time staying at The Revolution Hotel, and I absolutely love it. The location is excellent, the place is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They have a great restaurant, a cozy café, and a really fun bar with dancing—it’s such a great vibe overall. Even though the bathrooms are outside the room, they’re individual and completely private. They also provide robes, and the cleanliness is top-notch—the cleaning crew is always on it. And the best part? They’re dog-friendly! Highly recommend it. Best - Mr. Machado

The room is very nice and the location is very convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel can also receive express delivery and there is a public laundry area, but you have to pay with coins to operate it.

Before I booked this place, I wanted to experience the atmosphere of the school club, and overall I was very satisfied. Because the flight arrived too early, I stayed in the cold wind at the door for half an hour at six o'clock. The chef came to work and opened the door for me to enter. Fortunately, there was coffee and cookies. Then I was very lucky that the room that I was supposed to check in at 3pm was checked into my room at 8:30pm! ! The bed and pillows were very, very comfortable! ! Although the room is not big and the bathroom is in the corridor, there are only 12 rooms in the entire hotel, so it is very quiet and no one is disturbed. I stayed still and didn’t want to go out. This club used to be an all-girls college, so the old ladies I saw playing mahjong the next day were all students from the previous school. The only thing that didn't feel good was that there was a restroom next to the restaurant. Maybe it was because of the sewers, so there was a bit of a smell near the restroom.

The lobby on the first floor is under renovation, and the lobby on the second floor is quite small. The dark-skinned young man at the front desk had a so-so attitude when checking in, so the first impression of staying here was average, not a five-star impression! After checking in, toothbrushes and slippers need to be requested, so there is a little gap... Fortunately, the location is excellent and the comfort of the bedding in the room has gradually restored the comfort. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and the communication was smooth. The humor of the other two front desk staff at checkout saved the review score... 4.5 points

The hotel's location is excellent! It's very close to Amtrak's Boston South Station, a walkable 16-minute distance if you don't have much luggage. The hotel is situated right next to and across from a large hospital. The subway station is just 50 meters to your left when you exit the hotel. Just a bit further past that is Chinatown, and Boston Common is about a ten-minute walk away. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel is remarkably quiet at night, which is a rare find. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, and when I asked the front desk, they couldn't provide any. Disposable toiletries were also missing. The 'breakfast included' option turned out to be an $18 breakfast credit. If you choose just one breakfast item and one coffee, with taxes, you've already exceeded the credit. The allowance wasn't quite enough, but the food itself tasted good.

Convenient transportation, close to Boston Park and Chinatown, within walking distance to Quincy Market, and there are a lot of Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient to eat. The hotel service is good, allowing us to check in early, the room bathroom is large, the room is clean and hygienic, but the facilities are a bit old, but overall I am satisfied, and I will choose Home Inn next time I come to Boston.

The hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.

The location is very good, with Boston Park right outside the door. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Boston Library, Freedom Trail, Trinity Church, and Riverside Park, and about 30 minutes to walk to Boston Museum of Fine Arts. The room is very clean and the waiter is very enthusiastic. The disadvantage is that the room is not soundproof.

We have booked 2 rooms to attend our daughter’s graduation. Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Was particularly impressed with housekeeping staff. Everyday we come back from a well cleaned room. There was one day when we were still in when the housekeeping staff came around and we told her to come back 2 hours later to do the cleaning and she did. Super efficient! Other staff from other departments that we come in contact with - the reception, the concierge were all very attentive and friendly making our stay truly enjoyable.
