Hotel Commonwealth

Fenway Kenmore
My sister and I have now stayed at Hotel Commonwealth five times this year alone (and a 6th coming up in a few months!), and we have had some amazing times! This past visit, we had to navigate some tight scheduling on our part and S. from the front desk helped us out, not only by letting us check in early, but also getting us set with a beautifully spacious room. He was super approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the goings-on of the hotel. Hotel Commonwealth has amazing amenities. We've stayed in both Fenway-facing and non-Fenway facing Queen rooms. The Malin and Goetz bathroom products are always refreshing and having chrome-cast available in the rooms is ingenious. Complimentary coffee on the second floor is a must (7a-10a), and the valets' efficiency makes for a perfect start and end to any trip! Whether you are going to Fenway or endeavoring on concert adventures at House of Blues, MGM Fenway, etc---this is the nearest and most luxurious place to stay!

After Ctrip had paid the room rate, the next day after leaving the hotel, the credit card was deducted from another $ 113.8. We called back to ask the hotel. The customer service phone was so difficult to get through without saying that we were not deducted from our two sums. After looking for Ctrip customer service to communicate to the present 20 days, the hotel has repeatedly answered the reasons for the deduction of 4, 5 versions. Including the middle said that a refund has been made to another credit card we have never seen before, and later changed to no refund on that card. So far no explanation has been given to us. I also refused to confirm the credit card information with Ctrip customer service, and said that our credit card and the guest's name are not correct. The efficiency is also extremely slow. Basically, it can communicate once every three working days, one version at a time. In addition, the hotel was very noisy in the corridor at 10 o'clock that night. There were people who were walking back and forth. There was a bar downstairs.
Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Back Bay/Fenway

Outstanding hotel that felt like home for a month while my husband was in the hospital for a month. Every single staff member I encountered was kind, courteous and professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. The location could not have been better-close to the hospital, close to grocery store, Target and restaurants. My room was immaculate and the housekeeping staff kept it clean and tidy throughout my stay. Hotel facilities like breakfast area, laundry and pool/gym were well maintained and stocked. The rooftop terrace and bar was a great little hidden gem with tasty cocktails and a great view of Fenway Park!! I could go on and on but the most memorable thing about this hotel was how easy it made things for me while caring for my husband who was undergoing chemo at the hospital- I couldn’t have done it without this hotel, and having it be so awesome just really made a world of difference in my overall mental and emotional health-so huge thank you RIBBF you have a customer for life.

The room was nice, but it rained heavily on the day we checked in. The hotel didn't provide umbrellas, so we had to buy them ourselves. There were a lot of people in the hotel, and the lobby was noisy, so we couldn't hear what they were saying. It's not far from the mall, and you can get there on foot quickly, so it's quite convenient for eating and shopping.
Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston

It's an 8/10 level four seasons. The doormen were very nice and welcoming, check-in was fast and they gave all the necessary info about this hotel. The room was not prepared as requested but this got fixed soon after we enjoyed dinner outside. The breakfast was amazing, lobster scrambled eggs and bakery were all very tasty. The swimming pool is large enough, without kids. But the water circulating system was not well-designed, so you might feel the cold and warm alternatively. The lounge at the lobby level was used to serve afternoon tea and happy hours. By the time we were there, it was a noisy party. Luckily, the floor was high enough, so I never felt bothered. The location of this hotel is very close to the prudential center, as well as Newbury Street. It's easy to get everywhere in Boston. Before the reopening of Fourseasons Boston, One Dalton would still be the ideal place to stay in the city. Chantal, if spelled correctly, is the warmest and best waitress. Thanks for your service.
The Inn at Longwood Medical

Near the medical center, ambulance traffic may be noisy at night, there is a certain distance to the subway station, and it is slightly inconvenient to take public transportation. However, the environment of the hotel is very good, clean and tidy, and the facilities are newer. Overall, the price is high.
